He is great!
This was the first time that I purchased a house before selling my previous house. He came highly recommended to me by the new home sales associate who sold me a new house.
She said that Tim would sell my house in 30 days. He sold it in 28 days. There was plenty of activity on the house, and every time it was viewed, Tim sent me feedback. He had a great photographer make a slide presentation that was awesome and his team was in contact with me almost daily.
Last but not least, he got a good price for my house and had people on his team connect me with the right people to fix things that the inspectors asked for.
In short, if I ever have to move again, I will be sure to list my house with Tim again.
